I founded Remote Therapy New York because I saw how many thoughtful, capable women were navigating life transitions, relationship challenges, burnout, and anxiety without the support they truly deserved. On the outside, you may look high-functioning and composed. On the inside, you may feel disconnected, self-critical, or unsure of your next step.

In our work together, you don’t have to keep performing or proving. I offer a trauma-informed, compassionate space where you can slow down, understand your inner world, and begin building steadiness, clarity, and confidence. Whether you’re navigating career shifts, evolving relationships, identity questions, or long-standing patterns rooted in past experiences, we’ll work collaboratively to help you reconnect with yourself in a deeper, more grounded way.


My Approach

I believe therapy should feel both reflective and practical — supportive, but also empowering.

Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you stuck — whether that’s people-pleasing, fear of rejection, difficulty setting boundaries, or a harsh inner critic. We’ll gently unpack where those patterns began, while also building tools you can use in your everyday life.

My approach integrates trauma-informed therapy, mindfulness, parts work (IFS-informed), and cognitive-behavioral strategies in a way that feels approachable and personalized to you. Our work may include:

  • Understanding and softening self-critical thoughts

  • Strengthening boundaries and assertive communication

  • Managing anxiety and emotional overwhelm

  • Processing past experiences that continue to shape your present

  • Building self-trust and resilience during life transitions
