Hi, I’m Aïcha,

Life can feel heavy when anxiety, stress, burnout, or relationship challenges take over, or when you’re questioning who you are and what you want. I provide a trauma-informed, culturally aware space where you can feel seen, understood, and supported as you navigate these challenges.

Whether you’re an adult or senior in New York looking to ease self-criticism, manage anxiety, or strengthen your relationships, I work with you collaboratively to help you reconnect with a steadier, more authentic sense of self — at a pace that feels right for you.

My Approach

I believe therapy should be collaborative, grounded, and tailored to your needs. Together, we’ll explore the challenges you’re facing — from stress and burnout to relationship struggles and questions of identity — and develop practical tools and strategies that help you feel more balanced and resilient.

I integrate trauma-informed care, attachment work, somatic practices, and mindfulness to support you in:

  • Managing anxiety and stress with practical, approachable strategies

  • Reducing self-criticism and cultivating self-compassion

  • Strengthening relationships and communicating your needs clearly

  • Reconnecting with your authentic self and building resilience for life’s challenges

Every session is paced to your comfort and designed to help you feel heard, understood, and empowered to take steps toward the life you want. My goal is to provide a safe space where therapy feels supportive, grounding, and meaningful.

Aïcha is an amazing provider! She’s warm, attentive, and truly cares about her clients. She creates a trusting environment that makes me feel safe to share what’s troubling me. Her calming nature is really grounding and inviting. Her somatic approach in therapy helps me get out of my mind and tune into bodily sensations, making it easier to identify complex emotions. Shes extremely accommodating and understanding. Aïcha has helped me in ways that I never thought were possible.

A Grounded Space to Begin

If stress, burnout, anxiety, or relationship challenges have been weighing on you, you don’t have to carry that alone. Therapy can be a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a steady and meaningful way.

If you’re ready to begin — or even just curious about what support could look like — I invite you to reach out. We’ll take it one step at a time.
